The course was excellent. Over the three days we blended the theory and knowledge with the practical application of those skills in table top exercises. We came away with a greater degree of confidence and respect for what is required to command a fire in a maritime environment. The unique nature of that environment makes it essential that existing commanders develop their skills with focused training such as this and I am very grateful to the trainers for imparting their knowledge and experience during the course.
